Exhibiting at Summer Scoop

Welcome Exhibitors! We are so

excited about having you participate in Summer Scoop on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Claremont, California. Summer Scoop is an excellent opportunity for you to show off your program to a large number of families of preK through 8th grade students. In the past, over 1000 potential campers and parents attended the Summer Scoop Summer Opportunities Fair at Foothill Country Day School.

The registration fee to participate in the 2012 Summer Scoop Fair is as follows:

Single Scoop - $175- One six foot table, brief listing in Summer Scoop Directory, website link, and a quarter page advertisement Double Scoop - $250- One six foot table, brief listing in Summer Scoop Directory, website link, and a half page advertisement
Triple Scoop - $300- Same as the Double Scoop but exhibitors get a full page advertisement and two six foot tables.

Publicity & Advertising

Event publicity and advertising is aimed at the community within a 50-mile radius of the Foothill Country Day School campus and includes:

mailings to the entire Foothill Country Day School community

mailings to public and private schools and local libraries

advertisements in local community and school newspapers

promotional posters and flyers displayed throughout Claremont and surrounding communities

internet link from Summer Scoop Web page, www.summerscoop.net to exhibitor Web site

**If you are unable to attend the Fair, you may have your materials displayed at a Resource table. This option is especially convenient for low cost programs and organizations for which travel to the Fair may be impractical. Resource table participants are included in the Fair catalog and also have a direct link from the Summer Scoop webpage to the program's website. The Resource table registration fee is $75. To display material on the Resource table, it is recommended that you provide a minimum of 500 pieces of marketing information.
